The sustainably designed, spacious homestead provides for easy transition from inside to outside. From the homestead verandah, even beyond the acres of manicured lawns and gardens, are rolling, vivid green hills as far as the eye can see. At day’s end, glowing sunsets become sparkling starlit evenings. If you’re up early enough, you’ll get to see the rising sun colour in the landscape and illuminate the skyline.
You won’t want for anything at The Tin Horse Ranch. The furnishings are contemporary and stylish, designed and equipped for comfort. The main house is modern with a large open plan living space and entertainer’s kitchen flowing onto the alfresco outdoor living space with pool and cabana. The quaintly restored cabin and studio are full of rustic charm and like the homestead, they’re designed and equipped for comfort. The cabin has its own verandah and the studio has a small private terrace. They open out to pristine views on one side, and the pool and cabana to the other.
The “Tin Horse Ranch” is ideal for extended families, special birthdays, celebrations, weekend getaways, yoga/lifestyle retreats, golf trips, groups of friends, special events, reunions, corporate getaways, bonding retreats, or multiple family gatherings. Accomodation
Main House
A charming & contemporary homestead that sleeps 6 – 8 guests. The front of the home has a circular driveway, undercover pickup and drop off area and a carport. You’ll be drawn to the long sunny porch for your morning coffee and lingering afternoon drinks watching the sunset over the hinterland.
There’s a huge master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in robe, tall boy, chaise lounge, study desk, 55-inch wall mounted smart TV with Netflix, luxury ensuite with deep standalone bath perfect for relaxing, rain shower, and direct access to the pool.
- Second bedroom with king size bed, convertible to twins, plus built in robes and tall boys.

The cabin is rustic, unique and quirky. It sleeps 4 – 6 guests, has an outdoor private timber deck to absorb the hinterland views.

Tin Horse Ranch is typically booked as an exclusive whole-property experience for groups of up to 16 guests, with the option to extend to 21 using sofa-beds and pull-outs. The property comprises a 3-bedroom homestead with verandah, a 3-bedroom cabin, and a 1-bedroom studio — each fully self-contained, with all guests sharing access to the 15-metre swimming pool, cabana, and surrounding grounds.
During off-peak periods, the homestead, cabin, and studio can also be booked individually, allowing smaller groups to enjoy the full facilities of the property at a more accessible price point.
Yes — the entire property can be booked exclusively for groups, making it ideal for family reunions, yoga retreats, golfing trips, corporate retreats, or private celebrations. Contact us directly for whole-property pricing and availability.
Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request depending on bookings.
We have a minimum 2-night stay for most bookings. Longer minimums may apply over peak periods such as school holidays and long weekends.
Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome. A pet fee of $200 per booking applies. Please advise us at the time of booking if you plan to bring a dog.

Cancellations 60+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations 30–59 days prior forfeit the 30% deposit. Cancellations 14–29 days prior forfeit 50% of the total booking value. Cancellations under 14 days are non-refundable. We recommend guests take out travel insurance, particularly for group bookings.
