Set among acres of manicured lawns and garden, with rolling green hills stretching as far as you can see, it’s the kind of place where plans to go exploring dissolve into long lunches on the verandah and evening swims in the pool.
The Main House sleeps up to 10 guests across three spacious bedrooms, with additional sleeping options in the games room.
The open-plan living space flows effortlessly from inside to out. A gourmet kitchen with polished concrete floors, five-burner cooktop and a generous island breakfast bar is built for groups — whether you’re preparing a leisurely weekend breakfast or catering for a celebratory dinner. Bifold doors open the entire rear of the house onto a covered outdoor entertaining area with seating for 10–12 and a gas barbecue.
The lounge room is anchored by a 65-inch smart TV with Foxtel and Netflix. When the evening’s entertainment calls for something livelier, head through to the dedicated games room featuring a full-size pool table, dartboard and board games.
Step outside and you’re greeted by a sparkling 15-metre pool surrounded by manicured lawns and sun lounges. The poolside cabana features a king-size daybed — the perfect spot for afternoon reading or watching the hinterland light shift through the afternoon. Sunsets from the front verandah are genuinely spectacular, and on clear nights the property is dark enough to see a sky full of stars.

It’s close enough to Byron to enjoy everything the region offers, and far enough away to feel genuinely removed from it all.
