The sleeping area features a king-size bed dressed with quality linen, with a wardrobe and tallboy for storage. A separate, well-appointed bathroom keeps sleeping and bathing spaces distinct. The king bed can be configured as twin singles on request for travelling companions.
The Studio is genuinely self-contained — you’ll find everything you need to cook, eat and relax without having to step outside. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, along with UV-filtered water straight from the tap. The open-plan living and dining area accommodates four comfortably, with a modular sofa-bed lounge and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix for evenings in. An internal washing machine means you can pack light, even for longer stays.
French doors from the kitchen open directly onto the Studio’s private covered outdoor terrace — the feature guests love most. It’s your own shaded outdoor room, with a table and chairs for alfresco meals and an outdoor gas barbecue for when the evening calls for something more relaxed than cooking inside. The Studio is situated within the Tin Horse Ranch property at 549 Houghlahans Creek Road, Pearces Creek NSW — 30 minutes from Byron Bay, 20 minutes from Bangalow and 25 minutes from Ballina Airport. It can be booked independently for couples or small groups, or as part of a full property booking alongside the Main House and Cabin.
