The “Tin Horse Ranch”

Welcome! We are so delighted that you have chosen to stay at the “Tin Horse Ranch”.

We are passionate about showcasing our beautiful property and maintaining a high level of standard. We kindly ask you abide by our house rules.

Primarily, we ask that you be mindful of making excessive noise, for the respect and quiet enjoyment of our neighbours.

  1. No smoking inside any dwellings. Zero tolerance!
  2. Pets are not permitted (unless previously agreed to, by management)
  3. No large parties.. Not negotiable!
  4. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertainment after 11pm.
    Noise complaints may result in bond deductions and potential evection
  5. Absolutely NO glass in the pool area. If glass is found in or around the pool, a minimum of $ 2,000 will be deducted from your bond, for draining, cleaning and refilling of the pool. Plastic ware has been provided for entertaining around the pool area.
  6. No foreign objects are to be thrown into the pool.
  7. No foreign objects to be flushed down toilets….only toilet paper.
    Sanitary bags are provided for disposal in bins
  8. Please rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.
    The dishwasher will work more efficiently (shorter cycle) and assist the septic process.
  9. The BBQ needs to be cleaned after use. Please return the BBQ in the condition you found it. If the BBQ needs to be professionally cleaned after a vacate, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from your bond.
  10. The oven needs to be cleaned after use. If you use the oven, please give it a wipe down inside to remove any fat splatters and marks after you finish cooking. If the oven needs to be professionally cleaned, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from your bond.
  11. No soiled or muddy shoes to be worn inside any dwelling. The farm has a red rich soil and shoes must be taken off before entering any of the dwellings. If additional floor covering cleaning, (including professional carpet cleaning), needs to be completed after a vacate, the guests will be responsible for the cost.
  12. Please leave the property as you found it. This includes washing and putting away dishes and emptying the dishwasher.
  13. Please advise us of breakages. If you break a glass or plate, we are not concerned about the cost. However, we do want to make sure it’s replaced for the next guest, so please let us know if you do break anything.
